Set your apn like this :

Name: brilliantng
Apn : Web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
Apn type: default
Proxy : empty
Port: empty

Now to Psiphon handler (Syphon shield preferably, or netify)

Remove port : untick
Proxy type : Real host
Proxy server : http://172.16.5.226@
Real Proxy type : default
Real Proxy port: 80

Save go to options ==>More options

Connect through http Proxy

Host address : 10.199.212.2
Port : 8080

Press back and connect.
